With more than 25 years of experience providing cyber solutions, Sarah Fahden serves as the CEO of LightFeather.io, LLC. Sarah Fahden’s obligations at the consultancy for businesses and government entities include devising and implementing growth strategies while overseeing daily operations.

Under Ms. Fahden’s leadership, LightFeather obtained not only certification as an ISO 9001 quality management system, but also women-owned small business (WOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), and 8(a) business designations from the U.S. Small Business Administration within the first two years of its establishment. Moreover, she expanded the firm to include 28 employees within three years.

Having served in information technology capacities for government entities, Sarah Fahden provides consultation in the areas of analytics, cybersecurity, data science, and DevSecOps. In doing so, she satisfies various commercial, local, state, and federal requirements.

Throughout her career, Ms. Fahden has received multiple distinctions for her work. In addition to securing the FedScoop 50 Tech Champion of the Year Award in 2016, she earned the Outstanding Achievement Award at the 2017 AFCEA Bethesda’s InnovateIt Awards and a team award at ACT-IAC’s Igniting Innovation 2017 Conference and Awards.
